What a difficult situation this puts you in.
Clearly, we´ve upset you and I want you to know that getting to the
bottom of this is just as important to me as it is to you.
People get irritated when they don´t have immediately the help they
need.
Nothing is more distressing than feeling like you´re being passed around
when all you want is help.
