TTS Sound Class 60

ALWAYS a popular model in the Hornby range, the ‘OO’ gauge Class 60 has returned to the range in DB Schenker red as No. 60044 Dowlow, a name it has carried since September 2015.

The full-size locomotive was introduced to traffic in 1991 and originally carried the name Aisla Craig. It was included in the ‘Super Class 60’ overhaul programme and remains in operation today.

The basic specification of the Hornby Class 60 has changed little since its first release, except to include digital sound using Hornby’s TTS sound
