Over the years John Allen has owned a good many vehicles and he’s not afraid to roll up his shirt sleeves and crack on with a restoration or two. However, as the protracted rebuild of his Mustang Mach 1 was well into its 11th year (such was his quest for perfection) he began to hanker for something that was already finished – something he could simply jump into and go cruising.
