93 Schloss Gobelsburg 2008 Vintage (Austrian Sekt). Creamy, lemony chalkiness on the nose promises a serious wine, with some age. The slender palate comes in with tiny bubbles of creamy foam, dancing against a yeasty, chalky, stony backdrop.
