It’s NEVER TOO LATE to make a change

I’VE GOT MORE ENERGY THAN IN MY 20S!’

‘I’ve never been sporty. For years, the only exercise I’d done since school was skiing and the occasional foray into Pilates. Then, two years ago, my friend Claire encouraged me to join her at our local golf club. She loved it and thought I would, too – it was a group lesson for eight for an hour a week. The Academy was an inclusive, safe place to learn and not feel judged. After eight months, five of us officially joined the golf club. Even now, 18 months later, we’re still referred to as the “new girls!”
