cellar door by Jolson architects is an experience almost akin to arriving at a theme park. The desert-dune-like curve of the building’s facade slices through the landscape, dwarfing the visitor on approach, and unfolds to reveal a single Queensland bottle tree standing to attention ahead of the forecourt doors. Logo-clad golf buggies are orderly parked nearby, on standby for speedy transport around the sprawling property.
