    Build a Tiltable Antenna Mast Beside Your House

    his article describes how you can make an antenna mast that attaches to the side of your house, and can be easily tilted up and down away from the house, for installation and maintenance. shows the overall plan. The key to fastening the mast to the house is a heavy-duty gate latch, which is normally used for corral fence gates. I used two Speeco Products S16100500 One-way Lockable Gate Latches, available from Amazon>.
