It’s the beginning of another new year. And if you’re like most people, decluttering, getting organized and living a healthier life are all on the top of your to-do list. But if you are really like most, the idea of getting started is overwhelming. Where do you begin? How do you know what systems will be the most effective for you to maintain? Now add daily diabetes management into the mix, and getting and staying organized may seem much more challenging.
