Serves 2 as a main or 4 as a starter Preparation time 10 minutes Cooking time 30 minutes

• 2 large leeks, trimmed• 1 medium cauliflower, outer leaves removed• 5 cloves garlic, peeled• 1 tbsp olive oil• Salt and freshly ground black pepper• 1ltr/1¾pt vegetable stock• 1 tsp tamari (or soy sauce)• 1 tsp dried thyme• ½ tsp dried sage
