TOPIC: Peter Lewis will be making his annual visit to NPIA in his role as Northern Area Representative with the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation (NZPIF). It is a real bonus that Peter is also the Vice-President of the Auckland Property Investors’ Association (APIA) and as well was recently appointed to the position of NZPIF Vice-President. This puts Peter in an excellent position to present, in some detail, an overview of relevant NZPIF activity including recent outcomes and current initiatives “in the pipeline”. This is to be followed by a presentation on lessons learned from Peter’s own extensive experience with residential real estate investment. Don’t miss out on a relevant and engaging presentation!
