Ten years and four albums in, the Chicagoans display their uniqueness.

Since their 2010 debut, , Chicago’s District 97 have steadily carved their own niche on the prog scene. Welded to clever, catchy songs, their Crimson-referencing heavy prog is given 21st century isn’t a world away from 2015’s brilliant , but this is a refreshed line-up, and it shows. Hunt and drummer/leader Jonathan Schang are joined again by guitarist Jim Tashjian, plus recent recruits Tim Seisser (bass) and Andrew Lawrence (keys).
