CIRCLES Around The Sun was never meant to be a band at all. Nor did they plan to release any official music. The supposed one-off project began in 2015, when guitarist Neal Casal was approached by video-maker Justin Kreutzmann – son of Grateful Dead drummer Bill – to create intermission music for the Dead’s Fare Thee Well shows in Santa Clara and Chicago.
