Lyn Gray is a Grade 1 Instructor and Flight Examiner, Director and Head of Operations at Fly Oz, based in Cowra, NSW.

“Sometimes, I also go by cleaner, admin, aircraft refueller, hangar packer, student counsellor and friend. However, as we run on a team model at Fly Oz where everyone is equally valued, I do receive a great deal of help in all these roles. Letting go and allowing others to shine in their area of expertise makes running a growing flight school possible.
