WHAT YOU NEED
100g cake flour
100g ground almonds
50g digestive wheat bran
40g hemp powder
2 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
230ml apple sauce
125ml (½ cup) pure maple syrup
190ml almond milk
1½ tsp vanilla extract
30 fresh raspberries
HOW TO DO IT
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Place the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
