Choosing from 127 hours of memories on the four 100 mile races is a tough call, and would depend on the time of day, my mood, and my blood sugar levels.

But one of the many special memories is a taste: the taste of the water in the Lesotho streams at Ultra-Trail Drakensberg.

The water looked so beautiful and fresh that I simply had to drink it, not because I was thirsty, but because it looked so tasty. And it was!
