ollowing the demise of cult heroes – and favourites – Cyril Snear, their songwriter Mike McKnight took a break from the electric guitar to work on acoustic sketches and electronicain groups like Sphelm and Palatines. Armed with a Fender Telecaster and members both of Cyril. More mellow than either of the previous outfits they’re principally drawn from, they deal in a politically-charged brand of angular prog that will be an easy sell for fans of Knifeworld or Oceansize. Their first single, (self-released) is out now.
