Stuffed squash

Under R130  Serves 4 Preparation time: 20 minutes  Cooking time: 20 minutes

 4 large gem squash
 400g lean mince
 15ml olive oil
 1 clove garlic, chopped
 1 red chilli, chopped
 250ml frozen mixed

vegetables

 200ml ready-made cheese sauce
 250ml grated Cheddar

Cut the squashes in half and cook in salted boiling water for 10
