WHEEL BEARINGS KEEP ON TURNING

Q Thanks for your magazine and the opportunity to put a question to you.

I have a problem with wheel bearings turning on the stub axles. I have tried installing new bearings and the inner race still turns on the axle. I have also tried centre punching the axle lightly to get a snug fit but still the bearing inner is turning and wearing the axle.
