J21 museum vehicle nears completion after lockdown lay off

WITH progress being made on NERJ21 0-6-0 No.65033, the other vehicle that made up the Locomotive Conservation & Learning Trust's National Heritage Lottery Fund-backed project has also recovered from the months of enforced lockdown lay off.
