Boom time for Talyllyn as services restart

FOLLOWING the relaunch ofits steam-hauled services on August 1, the Talyllyn Railway has had to double its trips to cater for an upsurge in public demand. The first public train since February was waved off atTywyn Wharf by local MP Liz Saville-Roberts at 10.30am. The reopening train waswhich has been in service on the railway since 1866 and headed its first-ever heritage era train in 1951.
