■ TRAFFIC AND TRACTION: The Nenagh branch has continued to be the focus for infrastructure improvements. On November 18, GM No. 080 powered a loaded ballast train from Lisduff yard (between Ballybrophy and Templemore) to the worksite between Birdhill and Castleconnell. After discharging its load, the train returned to Lisduff via Limerick Check and Limerick Junction. Nos. 071 and 075 were active on ballast duties on the
