Known and admired for his calm and concise style of tuition, Robert is one of the most experienced instructors in the UK. He qualified as an instructor almost 40 years ago, back in 1982, and joined Royal Berkshire ten years later.

During his three decades with the ground Robert has demonstrated an exceptional ability to design highly original layouts and drives for both the Shooting School and The Really Wild Clay Company. Layouts that are fun, challenging, surprising but always fair and consistent are hallmarks of a Robert Cross design.
