Fiat 500 Abarth

The 500 got a huge dose of testosterone when Fiat pinned the Abarth badge on it in 2008. And for male buyers especially it instantly gained extra credibility too.

It used a turbocharged version of the firm’s 1.4-litre petrol engine to deliver 135bhp and a 0-60mph time of 7.6 seconds, which wasn’t too shabby for a car that in other guises rarely strayed from a supermarket car park. Where the Abarth version really shines though is in fast town traffic
