About this audiobook

BOOK ONE OF THE GALLAGHERS OF ARDMORE TRILOGY

In Gallagher’s Pub, where the fire is burning low and the pints are waiting, #1 New York Times bestselling author Nora Roberts has a story to tell...

Determined to reevaluate her life, Jude Murray flees America to take refuge in Faerie Hill Cottage, immersing herself in the study of Irish folklore and discovering hope for the future of the magical past.

Finally back home in Ireland after years of traveling, Aidan Gallagher possesses an uncommon understanding of his country’s haunting myths. Although he’s devoted to managing the family pub, a hint of wildness still glints in his eyes—and in Jude, he sees a woman who can both soothe his heart and stir his blood. And he begins to share the legends of the land with her—while they create a passionate history of their own.

What a story, so sweet and heartwarming. The setting of the book is dreamy and makes me want to go to Ireland.

This book has me seeing stars and moons in my eyes at the thought of moving to Ireland. And if it came with a guarantee of meeting an Irish hunk like Aidan I don't think anything could hold me back from going. It was such a delightful Irish romance with a hint of magic - which makes it all the better. I connected with Jude and the feelings and thoughts of self-doubt that plague her. Which are brought on by no one but ourselves. And I love the romance that brewed between her and Aidan. I wouldn't change one thing about this book and just need to figure out which little Irish town I am going to move to.

Weak ending. What happened to the prince at the grave and the woman ghost in the window?

It was good but I found myself very annoyed with the Male love interest. This is the first time I have actively not liked one of Nora's Male love interests. Really liked Jude and the other characters. Hoping I like the next one in this series.
