Fun, funny, fast-paced story that touches the heart. Must read every Christmas season. Perfect sequel to Christmas Blues and other novels featuring BeBe and Weezie.

Weezie and BeBe both have big days coming up. Weezie is getting married, and BeBe is going to have a baby quite soon. Weezie’s fiancé, Daniel, is finishing up a job in New York, and she decides to surprise him with an impromptu visit. But a super snow storm surprises them both, and strands them at the Plaza, without a room to be had. Weezie has some misadventures in the Big Apple, but it doesn’t diminish her enjoyment of the city. When Daniel is offered a permanent job there, they both will have to decide where they want to put down roots, back home in Savannah, or in New York. Meanwhile, Harry has offered to give up his fishing charter service, so he can be home more for BeBe and their child. But will he be happy in an office instead of on the open sea? There are some tense moments in this story, for all involved, but things have a way working out. After all, it is Christmas! A solid story with interesting characters combine for a delightful romantic tale.

I so enjoyed this book, what a great wrap up of this series, I just wished there were more to come! I’ll miss Weezie and BeBe!The author does a great job brings us to the conclusion, and moving on with the lives of the people we have come to care about!

Although a few websites show there is a fifth book in the series, I don’t believe it’s related as the characters are not the same. So I’m going to assume that this was the final book with Weezie and Bebe. Based on that I feel that this was the perfect ending for the series and I definitely enjoyed it.

Cute book based in Savannah and kinda all over the place. I had a hard time keeping the couples straight.

The Bebe and Weezie books are my go-to when I need a cozy romance to curl up with. If you like the humor and Southern setting of Mary Kay Andrews' other works, this series is for you. Christmas Bliss is the shortest of the books, and you probably want to read the earlier installments first to get a proper introduction to the characters. I like that there is still a bit of mystery woven into what otherwise would be a slight story. A fun holiday read.

My first holiday read of the 2014 Christmas season and I was in the mood for some chick-lit. Christmas Bliss was just about perfect. Christmas Bliss is a continuation of a series revolving around Wheezie Foley and her best friend Bebe Loudermilk. The first book, Savannah Blues is a murder mystery, but subsequent books are really just a continuation of the lives of these two BFF's and fall most solidly into chick-lit. In this fourth book, Wheezie is in the final stages of wedding preparation and Bebe is in the final stages of pregnancy and everyone is getting ready for Christmas. This one felt like it was the bow that tied all the storylines up and gave everyone their happy ever after's. I think it could be read as a stand-alone without feeling as though anything is missing (except perhaps a strong plot), but as a reader of all the books, I shut this one with a sense of completion. I'd happily read more Bebe and Wheezie, but I won't be disappointed if Ms. Andrews leaves them to the HEA's either. A fun Christmas themed read to help get this reader in the spirit of the holidays.

Christmas Bliss was magical, and will get you into the Christmas Holiday spirit Savannah style! It was a delight to catchup with old friends from Mary Kay’s earlier books which I loved (read them all)! I especially loved Savannah Breeze and loved hearing from BeBe/Harry now that she is pregnant, Weezie/Daniel (and her NY fiasco), and of course James/Jonathan, Weezie’s parents, and of course my favorite gay couple with style and flair Cookie/Manny!

As usual, this group is always getting in to some mischief, and cannot have a wedding without all the gang getting involved (can just see Weezie in NY going through junk and flea market shops).

Full of sass and humor - lots of laughs and please oh, please, Mary Kay – continue with these characters as they want them to end. I always love the way the deck the halls! It makes you want to be there to join in the festivities!

Highly recommend as a standalone; however, for those of us who are familiar with all the players – it is even better!

This was a delightful novel but not all about Christmas. There are some fun shenanigans and humor and mishaps! I really enjoyed this novel. It was my first read by Mary Kay Andrews. I loved that you get more points of view when reading this book. I like that you get to become invested in more than one character and more than one story line! I don't want to give anything away, but fun will be hard when reading this book....curl up with it this winter you won't regret it!

Christmas Bliss by Mary kay AndrewsThe wedding is planned for Christmas eve. Eloise (wezzie) is having her mother, Marion Foley help her with the dress. redoing one that was her grandmothers.Daniel works for a restaurant. he's a guest chef, design a menu and run the kitchen for a month at a time. Wezzie had no idea the owner of the place was a female and the photo she sees on the bulletin board throws her off guard.Wezzie travels around town to set up the food, flowers, the event and she thinks there will be surprises on the day of the wedding. It was only to be a small family gathering but the others make it sound like a major extravaganza. Love the yard and estate sales she attends and her concept of buy and sell with a profit.in alternating chapters Beebe has her own story-she is 8 months pregnant, runs a B&B and an old woman is in town about her divorce from Richard who then went to jail 6 years earlier.Love her nautical Christmas tree. She confides in Weezie when she notices her swollen ankles.Love hearing of their drama and how Beebe talks Weezie into going to NY to see what's going on.Loved all the descriptive travel details around the holidays and all the others involved in the wedding and birth.Weezie and Daniel have a huge decision to make when Carlita asks him to return to NY to run her restaurant.

Wonderful continuation of books from before, Savannah Blues and Savannah Breeze, light hearted story for the holidays.

I usually enjoy Mary Kay Andrews, but this story is too sweet that I could not finish. I like the Southern charm and Southern quirks, but in this novel, these characteristics are too excessive. I felt trapped in a Southern girl closet and felt suffocated, the more I read, the more disgusted I became.

I enjoyed heading back to the Breeze Inn and Savannah to visit with Bebe and Weezie again. Andrews tells a light, fun holiday tale of the many things that make family, well, a family--both messy and not. Weezie is still collecting all kinds of vintage items. Some of the descriptions of the old ornaments she finds in this book are real throwbacks to things I vaguely remember from my youth.

This will be a delightful holiday read for anyone who is already a fan of Weezie and BeBe. If you are well acquainted with the cast of characters- you will, no doubt, be entranced from the first exclamation!!—An exclamation, which just happens to be Weezie’s full name, shouted in exasperation by her mother during a fitting for her wedding dress. Others will enjoy it as well, but it will take a few more chapters to really get into the swing of the book and get to know the characters through the historical tidbits tossed in here and there. The book was a light-hearted, fun read with little conflict. Not having read the previous installments, it was nice to be brought up to speed in a timely fashion. The book is basically just a continuation of their “happily ever afters” to give their fans a larger taste of what’s in store for the two best friends. I enjoyed it quite a bit, and will probably look to catch up through the other books at some point in the future.Rating:4HEAT Rating: SweetReviewed By: Daysie W.Review Courtesy of: My Book Addictions and More
