About this audiobook
Exceeding expectations rather than simply satisfying them is the cornerstone of the Disney approach to customer service. Now, in honor of the tenth anniversary of the original Be Our Guest, the Disney Institute, which specializes in helping professionals see new possibilities through concepts not found in the typical workplace, is revealing even more of the business behind the magic of quality service. During the last twenty-five years, thousands of professionals from more than thirty-five countries and more than forty industries have attended business programs at Disney Institute and learned how to adapt the Disney approach for their own organizations.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Disney creates magic by doing everything possible and doing full due diligence on its customers. RESPECT! It's not hard- Listen to customers and improve- Try to do your best before- Always, put customer first. I really hope more people read this book. Schools and government officials should read this book given the treatment students and citizens get- I wish Disney puts its course on Coursera or some online platform so everyone can learn and become better at taking care of people :D

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Did you think the Disney Institute would not get 5 stars? This is a great book just like Disney’s a wonderful American company. Hospitality is Disney’s middle name!
