Insightful, visual and a marvelous walk through time and place using the written and spoken words of a Harlem’s native son and life-long social and political critic: James Baldwin. Bravo, Herb Boyd.

This audio book was by far one the best I have listened to it dives deep into the life of James Baldwin not only highlighting his great works, but his conflicts with other great African American writers.
