About this audiobook

Adeline Virginia Woolf (January 1882-1941) was an English writer and one of the preeminent modernists of the 20th century. Her stories often appear as streams of consciousness as the writer's attention is drawn by things around her, memories and insights which bubble up in her brain and interruptions from the outside world.

I know the short stories, they are good, but this audio version just didn’t do it for me... 3 stars only because Virginia Woolf is the author, otherwise my rating would have been much lower. The reader has this monotone voice, angry or mocking, I’m not sure, but as it goes in forever it ruins the stories. Sad.
