- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book made me realise that the journey to healthy habits are really easy to start. Thanks!
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I read this because I have an extraordinarily picky 4 year old, but honestly not much of it stuck with me. It was a lot about what happens in the specialist's office when they help children there, and nothing new for me at home that I hadn't already read about.Do yourself a favor and pick up Ellyn Satter's book instead.
