This book tackles not just the betterment of the physical aspect of our being, but the mental, spiritual aspects of our body in its entirety.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I haven’t fully subscribed to all of the Ayurvedic ideas however, I did enjoy this author, and felt like the advice regarding our daily schedules made a lot of sense, and was very helpful. I found the narrators voice to be soothing and enjoyed listening to the book. I was also inspired by the Content to attempt to change my schedule to give myself less screen time at night and instead try to journal, take a bath, or engage in some other activity away from electronics as well as get to bed by 10:30. I am going to take this authors advice and apply most of what she suggests. Overall, this was worth the read and helpful.
