- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Good one! I will miss Sam and Tori when the series ends
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Really great book, love Sam and Tori, can’t wait for the next part
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5More with Tori and Sam (as well as some others). It starts with a shocking murder yet again. A priest is killed and found naked and strangled. Tori and Sam get the case and it seems like their trying to solve it while in quick sand. And one of the questions that comes about through the book is, will they, and the police in general, be allowed to solve the case at all.We also meet two new characters. There's Marissa, a PR problem solver from Boston who comes in to do media damage control. And Casey, an SVU detective that gets pulled into the case too.The awesomely written characters aside, it was an interesting mystery as well. And it got more and more complicated (as well as the cover up getting more and more twisty) as the novel went on.It was a good novel and I enjoyed it quite a bit, and look forward to the next book, Partners.
