      I enjoyed the second book in the series. Narrators are excellent, but like book one, speech seemed to be slow. Listening to this on 1.2x was perfect. A nice, easy, heartwarming small town romance with a sweet HEA! Looking forward to the next book in the series

      This is the second book in the series and I really feel that you need to read it from the beginning because you know who all the characters are and some of the things that happen are because of something that happened since the first book, like the bet that Hayley had with Dane and why she was in the no dating hiatus. So we met Hayley in the first book and I liked her in the first book and I still liked her in this book. We meet Trevor and we like him and he sounds hot and for a moment and actually in my instance anyhow there were a couple of times that I wasn't crazy about him, but again not all instances because I did like him. These two had chemistry but Hayley was fighting it because one she was in that bet and two she didn't want to fall in love as she has a bad habit of doing and she needed time to herself, of course that does not last and Trevor did go after her knowing, knowing that he shouldn't and then he has a brain fart and luckily for all he snapped out of it fairly quickly..Did enjoy reading of the secondary characters and will patiently wait for the next story..Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author..(netgalley) voluntarily reviewed with my own thoughts and opinions
