Neil is searching for freedom from the demons of his past.

Hahaha I love their uncle so much!
This book wasn't my favorite but I loved that Neil was a bookworm and she could hold her own. I didn't like how fast paced everything was, the whole premonition bit and the first argument after the club scene. But so far so good. They both got their happily ever after and I'm happy for that!.

This series was everything! Neil stole my heart and became my favorite McClain. I absolutely loved him and Sage as a couple. Their love story was so pure and refreshing. I'm happy they were able to find their happily ever after despite that heffa Emory. Neil's story was the best wrap up to this series. I'm truly going to miss the McClain men.

I really enjoyed all 5 books in the McClain family series. My favorite were the 1st book on Big South, the 2nd book about Leeland, and the last one about Neal.

“She was always excited, It’s like she was my own personal sunshine” for some reason that line resonates with me. I love how they’re were the complete opposite but balanced each other perfectly. Sage was called ghetto by others for being loud and overly excited but Neil loved that about her even tho he was more of the quiet and woke bookworm. I love how they compromised at the end but I wouldn’t even call it compromise cause the both ended loving doing what they weren’t used to doing. Neil didn’t even have a tv at his house let alone watch YouTube and actually started liking to watch YT videos with sage after surprising her with a tv. And sage never picked up books but offered to have reading sessions with Neil at bedtime and she was actually intrigued with the stories changing her voice for different characters while reading to Neil. They’re were so cute as all the other couples in these book so I fell in love with Alexandria House story line once again
