- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The content is wonderful but the narrator is another story. She speaks as if she’s telling a scary story to children. I recommend reading the book instead of listening to the audiobook. The book itself is wonderful and I love the author. She also has a YouTube channel. Great info!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Book, spectacular. I love Laura’s books.
Narrator? Horrible. Over-dramatic, unnecessary breaths, full of entonation errors and emotion misinterpretations.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5? I loved her perspective. I highly recommend to all.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great book, poor narrator. It was difficult to listen to (I recommend reading the actual book) because the woman reading sounded like an overreacting cartoon character. Great information in the book, though.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved this book! The cadence of the author, the material and point of view she provides, I will definitely listen to this again!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing, worth every second and probably one of my new favorite authors
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love and appreciate the author's snarky sense of humor. One of the first "witchy" books that didn't have me feeling like have homework to finish. It has quite a few points for me to ponder about where I want my practice to go. A nice "big picture" read.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an amazing book that gives just
so much incredible advice. I highly recommend - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am in absolute awe and have the utmost respect for Laura. This is the best book I have come across as a beginner on finding my own spiritual path; I cannot thank them enough for all the dedication and wisdom that went into sharing a book of this quality. I will now be reading all of their books! It doesn’t share many magical correspondences but it shares wisdom and a way to find your path that is priceless. I think this was a book meant to guide people through new experiences with their spiritual path and help them determine what theirs will look like without pressure of the authors own beliefs and knowledge. Please give this book a listen and buy it to share with others! They will be so grateful I know I was!
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I never deleted a book as fast as I have this one, 5 minutes in....I already knew this was horrid, for the following reasons:
#1- I can not stand the narrators voice, not even a little bit. She sounded like a librarian reading to a bunch of 1st graders. Like lady...this is an informative book, teaching things to adults.. instead being narrated as if any minute she is going to ask the readers if we can find Dora's backpack.
# 2 - Love, light, crystals and holding hands while following the " wiccan creed"....In a book titled TRADITIONAL WITCHCRAFT. I think the author has no idea what she is doing. Wicca ( the definition is literally a type of religion with very little actual witchcraft) Traditional Witchcraft - has nothing to do with wicca.... NOTHING. And traditional witchcraft ( I'm talking about ACTUAL witchcraft ) does not " worship" a "higher power" and we certainly DO NOT believe in any sort of "law of three" or whatever it is. Traditional Witchcraft, you are your own god. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Yes!! Best book in true witchery for me so far. Now im gonna read her other book on the Witches Body.
I recommend all her work, really like the author. She rings home to me - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a great book for both new and experienced witches. Author gives great insight to creating and living a path best suited for the individual rather then follow rules and steps laid out by “ancient” teachers. Definitely a reference I will come back to many times.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Best starter book with a good intro to all topics. Dives just deep enough to give you the path to follow up on your own, if you choose to.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A perspective on witchcraft and practice that I hadn't taken before, this book resonated with a lot of personal practices and beliefs that I had no name for prior to listening to it. A good read, with a lot of interesting aspects. Not everyone will agree with her assessments, but for the seeking witch who looks for new angles and wants to be well read, I highly recommend.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I really enjoyed this book, it is very helpful and beginer friendly but also good for everyone. Left me feeling inspired to create and feeling capable.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Practical and grounded, easy to follow and insightful. Great read.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Informative and easy to work with. Listened to audiobook and read along. Author provides great resources.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is full of insights for all people interested in spirituality. It has been very encouraging and supportive in my path to the unknown. I have a new respect for ancestors, angels and other spirits, I also now know that I do not need to follow any set of rules when it comes to witchcraft, I can just rely on my intuition. I'm really grateful for the information provided.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An amazing book! This book left me feeling inspired and conspired with.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It wasn't WICCA based, but "Modern Traditional". LTZ's approach to dieties in her own practice, acknowledging other's approaches as not "wrong," and how she encourages the reader that it's ultimately up to the reader to make their own path/practice/approaches to witchcraft; is refreshing, yet is usual in "witchy," spiritual reads.
It was enjoyable to listen to, even though I listened to it 2.8x normal speed. (The reader was too obnoxious for my tastes to listen to normal speed.)
