Smelly unicorns were a delight, and I really loved all the silly puns. I didn't enjoy it as much as the graphic novels, but it's a sweet story with lots of great friendship moments, and Tamaki did a great job of capturing the characters' personalities.

As a fan of the graphic novel, I was ecstatic to see a novel version of Lumberjanes and I was not disappointed. Still had wonderful illustrations throughout the book to depict the new characters. This time around the girls stumble across a unicorn which leads them to a strange mountain. April is intrigued and wants to climb the mountain that doesn't exist on any map. As usual, the girls get in trouble and get themselves into a wild adventure. If I haven't said it already... I love Ripley! She is by far my favorite character! Hugs for everyone and then hug walking?!?!? Love it! Looking forward to reading the next book.
