Started pretty good. But really didn't explain the program well enough for a such a long book. I have a medical professional professional degree and expected more.

This is a timely piece of work, considering the direction that the fitness industry is headed and people’s desires to get fit. Great work!

A strong body is key to good health and quality aging. This book does provide key insights into how strength training enables this. And does a far better job than (perhaps all) other books of this genre.

The system didn't work for me. I used it for about three months. During that time I lost significant mass and tone, and also gained fat in my torso. The book makes a case that seems reasonable to the lay reader, but with results like mine, I have to recommend heavy skepticism.

May not as solid on the science as it seems. For more information try to get a understanding of high volume vs low volume from other sources.
