This book is chirpy uplifting inspiring but can also be a lot of information to take on board with lots of different options
Easily digestible if you put what is being spoken about/advised into action at that very moment and pause the book - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Awesomer! Dynomite! One of the best books I have ever read!
