"The false assumption is that almost all people, almost all of the time, make choices that are in their best interest or at the very least are better than the choices that would be made by someone else." – Richard H. Thaler and Cass R. Sunstein
Through a series of examples and using the results of decades-long behavioral research, Nobel Prize winner Richard H. Thaler and Harvard Law School professor Cass R. Sunstein demonstrate that most of our decisions are influenced in a number of ways, which can lead us to making poor choices. By knowing how people's decisions are influenced, you will be able to learn how to make better choices and how to nudge the people around you in the right direction.

people who read this. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a great book from various perspectives. The stories in the book at quite entertaining and illustrate the points in the book really well. The flow of the book is excellent. And finally, the approaches that In this book are really powerful. I applied one of the techniques in a conversation with a recruiter the same week that I read about it. It was awkward but it seemed to work- quite well actually. I was pleasantly surprised by the recruiters reaction.
