      AMAZING! Ok this book had me on my toes. I loved that they fell in love naturally. They were amazing together. Unfortunately she was called back by her father and told she'd be married to an old man. Her father was insistent despite her honesty about not being a virgin anymore. Reading her marriage to that man literally made me ill. The way she looked for Romero and you knew she was trying to be strong with the best of intentions. I was hoping she wouldn't say I DO. The long wait had me wondering if she would go through with it. The kiss made me shake my head with many emotions. Romero's reaction to it had me heartbroken. You can tell the war is coming at the end. Very emotional book.

      I liked the story but not a fan of the narrators of this book. In previous books in the series they didn’t say the names of the characters with a Italian accent. This book they did and it was just weird considering they were Americans. Not a big deal but made it cringy.

      I just couldn't believe that Romero loved Lily as much as she loved him. The story didn't pull me in and nothing truly captivated me.

      I wanna cry!!! I loved this omg

      1. The audiobook was amazing and the narrators did an incredibly awesome job here;

      2. The story, their love and their strength to fight for it were inspiring. I need a day to think about it because I feel so overwhelmed that I don't think I'll write anything that this book deserves (in comparison with the others on the series).

      I was looking forward to reading this story, but I didn't like it. I feel like it was written just to be written. I couldn't see/feel the time when Romero fell in love with Lily and the end was so rushed and unbeliveable. Narration was excellent!!

      I enjoy thé first two books (Luca and Aria) and even the third, but from Gianna (fourth) and liliana (fifth) the female characters were soooooo annoying!! Super naïve and kept repeating the same annoying phrases. Also the men always described the women, their body and their “privates” as perfect. Literally every book. Other than that the book is very good.
