I really enjoyed this book. The MMC was well written, as was the FMC. I will say that about 2/3rds of the way through I wanted to shake her and tell her to grow up, but that me. Good story, good spice, fun characters.

Meghan Quinn didn’t disappoint in another one of her books. Loved that these characters are in other stories on the same baseball team. The narrators are great as well and portrays emotions perfectly.

Cute story overall. I did sometimes feel annoyed with the emotional immaturity and self deprecation of the main characters. They did redeem themselves after self reflection and ended up with a HEA.

I could have done without maybe a solid half of the insecure inner monologue, took up too much of the first 2/3 of the book buuuuut I really enjoyed the banter and the sexy inner thoughts… and the dirty talk oh man!
Also, special shout out to Jason’s character for being an absolute freak of nature!

Great story, the characters are so much fun to read. The camaraderie, love, support that they have for each other. Perfect narrators-this is crucial coz it’s the make or break for an audiobook. Even if the story is great but the narrators’ voice are horrendous will not pull the readers. Can’t wait to read/hear more of this pair.

The sheer delusion in this book is unbearable. I tried to power through since I know Scribd limits audiobooks each month but unfortunately this one is just so bad and cliche.

The Trade is right up your street. Corey and Natalie have such a cute holiday romance that they try to make work in the outside world where baseball fans hate Corey and despise Natalie for supporting the rival team. There's obviously heart break and watching Corey trying to navigate both his job and Natalie's safety is like watching a ticking time bomb because something has to give.

Meghan has written another fun filled baseball romance and they can definitely be read out of order seen as it seems like I'm doing that with the whole series.

Dramatic but well written. Relatable, the whole drama of being in front of a camera and misrepresentation ❤️

Great narration of an amazing story. Cory is one of my favorite heros of Meghan Quinn. Connor brought both the steamy dirty mouth and the emotional range during the relationship conflict.

Why is the series incomplete? So disappointing when Scribd doesn’t have all the books in one series ??

I really liked this story. It was sweet. The characters were well presented. Jason was a nut, but by the end I loved the guy. He was genuine. He was that crazy, doesn't give a crap what people think guy. The one you can't help but like despite his goofiness and in the end can't imagine not being around. The emotions and heartache were felt. Cory's struggle was terrible. Great story!
