- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Some notes:
• Put wellness and all other forms of self-care on the non-negotiable section of your mind instead of viewing these things as optional.
• Meet the bare minimum (standards that can be met almost automatically that they take almost no effort, should be non-negotiable as they are easily attainable)
o Beauty: put on xxx everyday
o Nutrition: eat meat and veggies every meal
o Nature: walk 30 mins at least once a week
o Fitness: some type of fun class at least twice a week
o Sleep: 7 hours per night, if not possible, make sure to catch up on lost sleep within a day or two
o Connections: connecting with a friend at least once a week
o Creativity / Self-expression
• Everything you put on your body should make you feel fabulous.
• Caring about your appearance and caring about the world are not mutually exclusive.
• Never compare your behind the scene shots to someone else’s highlight reel.
• Change from “I don’t know how” to “I’ll figure it out” - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Inspiring read, glad I gave this book a chance. It had a slow start but it was an enjoyable read overall!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was not only read by a female audio whom led the listener throughout the book written by the author but was profoundly relatable to myself and I would say, “any human being who would listen to it of either gender”. The journey that this author went on is inspiring and also humbling in its relatability and power of words shared throughout the experience. I will be reading this book again, as it has been a profound awakening for aiding guidance in navigating the course of my journey throughout life and it’s meaning of why I want to achieve it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very inspiring! It makes me feel like I can kick ass in everything I do. I will take what have I learned from this book and use it in my daily life.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book was very inspiring. Lots to think about. Must read to get a hold of your life.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I was really enjoying the beginning but stopped listening when she idolized Hillary Rodham Clinton. To other authors out there..or businesses etc. Stay out of politics..keep it neutral.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I would have given this book 5 stars but the political references were just too much. At first I was like it’s totally fine. Everyone has their different views and that’s wonderful! The author and I have so much in common from places of employment when we were young to being entrepreneurs as adults to being in abusive relationships to being New Englanders, our spirituality, being good humans etc. all the same! This book has so many great parts to it. I would highly recommend it! It was just overkill by the time we got to the end. Mentioning politics, even in the meditation as well as speaking negatively about the party that she doesn’t agree with. Go ahead talk about all the people that you love even if I have to fight back eyerolls.. lol ;) but talking negatively about the ones you don’t just could have been left out imo and it just seemed like the whole femininity thing was pushed a lottt but again that’s who she is and that’s great but that’s where the one missing star comes from it just felt like okkkkkk we get your views, you hate Trump and anything right winged, can we get back to all your amazing advice! Pretty please cause it’s pretty freaking rad those parts!! Other than that, I think this book will help so many women. Great job ladyy!! Hope their are more to come <3

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Nothing new or fresh for me, I’m afraid. No depth.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I listened to this Audiobook after I got through "The Courage Habit". I'm sorry to say, but it didn't have the energy someone needs to actually change. It just keeps saying keep on. It felt... Lacking.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was well organized and interesting. There is a bonus section on the internet that includes a workbook that you can download from her website. The book includes various interviews that she had with successful women that are motivating. It was fun to see how she grew from a young woman with many problems and no money to a multimillion dollar business owner.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5It's giving a privileged Kimmy "get off your ass and work" vibe.
I commend her for taking risks and emphasis on taking big risks but that's easier said when you have family financially backing you, as she did.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5How did this book get such high ratings? Bots or what? Chapter 3: own your time? You just wasted valuable time of my life... Book starts well though.. at least the first 10 minutes.. rest is just useless and nothing new really.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I’m not sure what it was about the book but it didn’t seem to offer anything that hasn’t been said over and over in other books. And it seemed pretty shallow. I’m not questioning the difficulties and barriers in the authors life, it just rang shallow in some areas. Perhaps I didn’t give it enough time as I didn’t listen all the way through. I stopped when she gave the example of Hillary Clinton and then stated how history would have been forever changed if someone with Hillary’s intellect would have dropped out of college. In my opinion there are far greater examples of intellect and history changers then Hillary Clinton, but perhaps Hillary’s life and actions represent the pinnacle of success for this author.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This book was painful! In the finning she mentions credit so bad she can’t leave an abusive husband but in the same chapter shares how she is able to get credit for her first business without explaining how. . I made it an hour in With audio and DNF it. Unrealistic and unreliable.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was incredibly empowering and I read books like this bimonthly. The information was approachable and practical with reasonable steps and suggested actions to implement true growth and change. Many self improvement books lack in one area or another - this one has it all. One of the best books I have ever encountered. Will be buying the book to have a hard copy and also listening to the audiobook again. Had no idea who the author was prior to this book but will be paying attention to what she does next. She reads the audiobook herself which makes it more authentic in my opinion.
Hands down my favorite Scribd book and I am a two year member. So glad this crossed my path.2 people found this helpful
