About this audiobook

When they met online they were equals... Then she walks into his classroom.

For four months Eva March shared almost every secret with a handsome stranger. It was easy when she didn't have to meet his gaze in real life. The online flirtation was fun. She could be a strong, put-together woman without a sordid past. Most importantly, he'd never know the truth.

Grady Addison takes his job as a professor seriously. He doesn't sleep with co-eds, much less his students. Eva doesn't even fit his leggy, peppy blonde requirements, but he can't walk away now. He's spent too much time fantasizing about her, her smile and the way her eyes darken when she thinks of her past.

And her past is a problem. The secrets she hasn't yet told him could end his career and for Eva, her life could just come crashing down...again.

Author

Melissa Blue

Melissa Blue’s writing career started on a typewriter one month after her son was born. This would have been an idyllic situation for a writer if it had been 1985, not 2004. She penned that first contemporary romance, upgraded to a computer and hasn’t looked back since. Outside of writing, Blue works as a mail clerk for the federal government, has a paralegal certificate (that she has more use for as a dust pan) and is a mother of two rambunctious children. She lives in California where the wine is good and, despite popular belief, is not always sunny.

Wow! I lost some brain cells. Could not finish this book. Iggy Toma is an amazing narrator, but even he couldn't save this book.

A great plot to start but wasn’t well executed to the end. I was excited initially but the author doesn’t deliver enough plot to carry the excitement. Parts feel choppy and misdirected. It leaves too many questions about the story as it ends. It just fizzes out, unlike other books with strong initial plots.

The narrators voice was like listen to fingernails on a chalkboard!

I thought everything was quite ok, but those prolonged parts between dialog just killed me. It was like author tried to make the whole story longer by repeating the same thing in other words again and again. Everything was like text interpretation at school. Would have liked more character interaction and story development. Expected more from 5 hours audiobook - it could be made into 2 hours without efforts.

Wonderful story that was written well and had excellent narration. Melissa is fast becoming my new favorite author.
She entertains me with characters filled with big personalities and an intriguing storyline.

I luv a good love story and this was a great one filled with love, trust and betrayal. Great characters who you can imagine.

Whatever happens in the beginning and the middle, by the end you are left with a HEA.

More sexual tension than actual story line. Overall it was a good book.

    3.75 Stars for me.

This had good parts and not so good parts but it was an enjoyable read overall.

I get frustrated when the same argument against a relationship comes up dozens of times during the story so I end up skipping forward.

The interaction between the friends was fun except when it was illegal. The brother was pretty much a selfish a$$ throughout the story.
