Soon after I was moved to the eastern shore of Maryland, where I grew up to the age of seventeen when the death of my great uncle forced me to leave school and begin adulthood slightly early. After a couple of dead-end jobs, I wound up in the army for several years, where I tried a variety of things to occupy my time, The usual range of choices were karate, guitar, with a preference for the blues, and weightlifting. After I got out I went to work at a few jobs doing nothing but collecting a paycheck. Then I found a job as a skip tracer. I worked at that for about two years. Then deciding it was time to move on, I traveled to Kansas City to visit my brother and stayed there. Ten years ago I started writing. Taking a page from the time I spent in the Army in workshops and classes on the subject, I decided to use what little I had learned to try and express myself to the public. Finding my way to divine destines, I was able to establish a relationship with the editor in chief and publish with them exclusively, other than free stories I sometimes post on fan fiction.net.I have a tendency to write long sagas that take more than one book can hold. I like to think that I am giving any who read my books a good deal, at least size-wise.As to the quality of that work, that has to be judged by the reader. I can write it but the truth is that I like all my work, so I am a lousy judge. My girlfriend reads my work and likes it, but again, she is automatically on my side, so her opinion is biased as well. As for me, I have some kind of block against bragging in any way shape, or form so I have a hard time saying how great my work is. So I spend my time trying to find a way to make my stories more of whatever I can, hoping to find that elusive combination of wit and prose that makes for a great story. Check out my tales to see when I make it.view less
