This book is not my story, but it is filled with elements of what had happened to me. One of the most unrecognized disorders is depression in young teenagers. I decided to write this book in hopes of this mental disorder to no longer be passed by. I also wish that depressed teens use this book as a guide to happiness, a guide to your own personal cure.
My survival encouraged me to save others. I gave up my hometown in New Jersey to move to South Carolina, running away from my problems. I still miss my friends and family every day. However, I do not regret leaving. My cure was building my own life away from where my problems began, which included making new friends and falling in love.
I hope you can find your cure as well.view less
