He has held vice president and director level positions in the manufacturing and logistics services sectors at both large and small companies including Pfizer and UTI. From 1988 to 2003 he was managing director of the Hanover Group specializing in international logistics and systems. He has served as an advisor to the World Customs Organization (2006-2014); the U.S. Department of Commerce Supply Chain Competitiveness Committee (2012-2014) and the Departmental Advisory Committee on the Commercial Operations of U.S. Customs (2006 - 2009). As Chair of Customs and Trade Facilitation at the International Chamber Of Commerce (2011- 2014) he helped identify the common cross border trade problems of small to medium enterprises expanding into the global market. He was an adjunct professor of Supply Chain Management at Rutgers University (2011 - 2015) and taught professional education courses at New York’s World Trade Institute from 1988 to 1993. In 1995, Tony co-authored the college textbook “International Logistics” published by Springer Science+Business Media. Tony is a graduate of Columbia University and received a Masters of Business Administration in general management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
