His formal education occurred mostly at the University of Illinois, the Illinois Institute of Technology (BS physics), and the University of Pennsylvania (MSE systems engineering). He was married and has five children, Leslie, Judith, David, Melissa, and Leah. He worked as an aerospace engineer, mathematician, and scientific programmer for Boeing, GE, TRW Systems Group (at the NASA Johnson Spacecraft Center) among other companies. He participated in the rescue of the Apollo 13 astronauts. He also studied archetypal psychology and related symbolism at the C.G. Jung Center in Houston, TX since 1971. He has used spiritual hints from dreams, meditations, and other symbolic events to solve many real world personal and professional problems over his 44 year career.view less
