    Introduction

    The promise of the Father was the fulfillment of God’s prophecy through Joel. One result of the Spirit’s coming would be prophetic revelation and the manifestation of dreams and visions. We discover from Paul’s discussions of the gifts in I Corinthian 12 that the Spirit is responsible for the dispersion of the gifts.
