Dr. Nelson is widely quoted in the media. Her credits include USA TODAY, The Los Angeles Times, Ladies Home Journal, DisneyFamily.com and numerous radio and television interviews. Kris and her husband, Steve, share their home with rescued cats, birds, and a dog.
