    Introduction

    The pendulum can be a useful tool for self-improvement with a little knowledge and a bit of practice. This guide can help with the former and you can have some fun with the latter!

    You may very well be surprised by how useful a weighted object tied to a strong or thin chain can be.

    By setting up a few simple prearranged signals, you will be able to ask your inner self for guidance whenever you need it. You put forth the question and soon the pendulum will give you its response by moving back or forth or perhaps in a circle. Actually, the pendulum is just relaying the answer-but more on that as we go along.

    The pendulum can be most helpful with are those situations where we want to tap into what is commonly known as intuition or that sense of knowing something without conscious understanding. Also, the pendulum can be helpful in locating lost objects and in reducing the effects of unhealthy stress.
