Paul Sylvester

Coupled with several fancy bits of paper that bear his name, he has an active passion in supporting the professional development of others.A natural busybody, Paul demonstrates an absurb enthusiasm in supporting rugby union clubs. 1 Background/Outline

This handbook was written to address a lack of available information on how to organise a team for participation in an international sporting event.

This handbook is for those who do not have access to such a tour provider or are game to do it themselves. It will require a level of effort on your behalf, but for an amateur team tour, domestically or internationally, you can achieve
